HubSpot is one of the leading educational resources on all things digital and inbound marketing,
so it's no surprise its email service provider is top-notch.
What's more, HubSpot offers services beyond just email marketing,
the HubSpot marketing automation platform covers your website and other marketing efforts, too.
Take your HubSpot email marketing to the next level by adding the BEE email editor into the mix. When you pair BEE's professionally-designed templates with HubSpot's automation capabilities, you can't go wrong. Here's how these two platforms can work in tandem.
BEE's email templates are designed for savvy brands that know how vital email marketing is. Hundreds of templates, many of them 100% free, are available in the BEE catalog to support your email marketing efforts. These templates are created by professional designers and range from colorful and fun to elegant and minimalistic — making it easy to find a template that fits your brand voice.
All BEE templates are mobile responsive and simple to edit and adjust to your brand visuals and needs: modify our designs with your brand's color palette and preferred fonts in just a few clicks. You don't need to be a professional coder to use the BEE editor; the process is made simple with user-friendly, drag-and-drop tools, as well as tutorials. And thanks to BEE's ESP connectors, you can push your completed messages over to the sending platform of your choice.
Before you can start designing HubSpot templates, there are a few prerequisites your BEE and HubSpot accounts need to meet.
First, your BEE account needs to either be a Team or an Enterprise plan. The Team plan includes extra features like user roles and permissions, unlimited assets, custom merge tags and more. The Enterprise plan supports multiple workspaces (businesses, departments, clients, etc.). If you work with multiple clients or business units each with their own HubSpot account, then the Enterprise plan is what you need as it supports separate connections to different HubSpot accounts.
Next, your HubSpot account must include the following:
Once your BEE and your HubSpot accounts are set correctly, you can connect them and start designing.
Connect your HubSpot and BEE accounts before you start designing by opening your BEE settings and choosing "Connectors". Scroll until you see HubSpot. Then click "Connect" and enter your HubSpot login information in the pop-up (don't worry, this information will not be stored in BEE Pro). Now your accounts are connected and you can send BEE emails to your HubSpot account.
Choose an email template from BEE's catalog and customize it with your desired visuals and text. You'll also need to include a few mandatory pieces of information required by HubSpot. To do this, use the footer in the BEE editor found under "Rows" and "HubSpot footers". When you're through, save the template. You'll be taken to a Message Details page where you can click "Export message". If your accounts are already connected, all you need to do is click "Push to your sending system" and select HubSpot. If they aren't, you'll need to log into your HubSpot account now.
Once the template is sent, you can find it as a HubSpot template when you go to create a new email. The message will also be available as an HTML file in HubSpot's Design Manager(look for the folder titled "beepro"). And now you're set — ready to delve into design while taking advantage of all HubSpot has to offer!
